The year is 2012. The world is a busy, bustling place. 7 billion people and counting. People who are working, going to school, having families, fighting in war, among other things. You see so many faces each day as you make your way to the store for dinner, talk a walk to the park, and just live your everyday life. Do you ever wonder whose these people are, where they are going, and what they are meant to do? What if you lived in the world and feel out place? Like things should be different? Like there is something you should remember?
Maybe it's true.
In many interconnecting universes are the worlds you see on TV and play on your game counsels. They were living their lives happy, the same way we were going about ours. All of sudden there was an increased darkness. People were disappearing one by one. Slowly at first, a person here or there. Eventually it grew more rapid. more. Their presence replaced by a never ending darkness. There was no way to stop it, no matter how much anyone tried. Many of people from many different walks of life and worlds tried to understand and defeat the darkness. To no avail. They were all overcome. It was like suffocating, they couldn't breathe. To them, it was certain death.
Move back to our world. Death did not overtake them. Instead they were placed in our world. Their names remained the same, but they had no recollection of their old life. Their memories of life in their respective world was replaced. In place of those old memories were new ones. Ones of a life they never lived, in a world they never should have belonged. What it the meaning to the darkness? Will they ever remember where they came from and who they are? It's up to you.
